REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: September 22nd, 2026
At Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness, we reserve appointment times specifically for each patient. To ensure availability for all patients, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all appointments, consultations, services, and applicable prepaid fees.
1. Consultation Fees & Appointment Fees
All consultation fees and appointment fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness.
Payment of a consultation or appointment fee constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Patients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the consultation or appointment fee paid.
3. No-Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund of the consultation or appointment fee.
A new appointment may require payment of a new consultation or appointment fee.
4. Late Cancellations
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late cancellation.
The applicable consultation or appointment fee will remain non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling
Patients who provide at least 24 hours’ notice may request to reschedule their appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling does not guarantee that the originally requested date or time will remain available.
6. Prepaid Treatments, Packages & Services
Payments made toward prepaid treatments, treatment packages, memberships, or other services are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once services have been purchased or initiated.
7. Products
Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, certain medical, aesthetic, skincare, and other products may be final sale and non-refundable once purchased or dispensed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation by Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness
If Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the patient and offer an alternative appointment.
Where applicable, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
9. Medical Necessity & Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive
any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
10. Patient Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, purchasing a service, or otherwise obtaining services from Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness, the patient acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this policy and agree to its terms.
Ashvini Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to review individual circumstances and make exceptions when appropriate or when required by applicable law.
